Tom joined Beavertown Brewery, the much-loved beer Brand to jet-fuel their Marketing. Having successfully taken the Brand into their first Advertising campaign, launched new products and innovative strategic thinking, Beavertown continues to drive Brand love and advocacy in a highly competitive market.  

Tom was one of the Founders of giffgaff. Having taken that Business from a Start-up to a hugely successful brand that changed a market by putting consumers at the heart of the Business.
