Across her 15 year-career, Lucy has spent 8 of those at the helm of industry-disrupting start-ups, championing all things brand. Starting agency side, Lucy then made her home at Trouva where she spent 6 years immersing herself in the world of independent boutiques and spotting (most of) the next interior trends. At Vinterior, the UK's largest pre-owned furniture marketplace, she is the champion of storytelling, communications, and helping customers find beautiful things for their homes, not just more things. Lucy cares a lot about the environment and women in the workplace.
